Floating infrastructure
Welcome to We4Watercrafts
We4Water renews historic cargo vessels and self-built boats to make waterways more accessible and sustainable. We form small ownership groups, work with reclaimed materials, and turn old carriers into vibrant spaces for work, culture, and gatherings.
From designing sailing catamarans to experimental floating platforms to historic ship repurposing, our work combines architecture, engineering, hands-on craftsmanship and endurance in solving burocratic requirements. These projects are community-driven: they create spaces to stay, work, and explore on water. Till now with more than 400 volunteers we have worked to create floating structures for water-based ateliers, research and public access to the water surface.
